Alcester High School and Technology College aims to provide an outstanding education for all its students. This is a school where everyone is included, everyone is challenged and everyone is encouraged to be ‘the best they can be’. We create memorable moments for pupils and we get to know them personally. Our ethos:‘be the best that we can be’ means everyone, pupils and staff, giving their best.

Everyone should be made to feel special and know that they are important and valued. When students feel good about themselves it has a ripple effect: success breeds success. We aim to turn students highest aspirations and dreams into reality.

We know, as you do, that your child deserves the very best. Our goal is to ensure they get it. We want to make a difference in their lives and give them the skills and confidence to become outstanding young citizens: working with parents and a range of partners we will create many special moments for them on their journey to success.

As a technology college we encourage innovation and challenge. Young people will leave us confident in today’s technological society. High quality learning, together with personalised opportunities, will ensure each student can pursue and develop their unique talents.

It’s not just what we do but how we do it that makes Alcester High so special. This is a happy school where students and staff care for and support each other. We are unfailingly optimistic and ‘can do’ orientated. We aspire to create an environment where all students feel valued and know that they are an asset, not just to the school, but to their communities.
